After you complete the below form, you will need to make your payment through our PayPal account (where you can use your own paypal account, or pay with a credit card) or you can submit a check payable to Catholic Engaged Encounter,c/o Jeff and Julia Palzer, 2832 S. 31st Street, Omaha, NE 68105. 

T-shirts will be available for pick up at the Convention on Friday at Registration.
