The registration fee is $200 for each couple registered.  This fee will cover your lodging and meals.

Under the last item "Please share with us about your wedding day", please include the following:

 

What is the Groom's Religion?  Bride's Religion?  And what parish do you attend?

What is your wedding date? And where will the wedding be celebrated?

Who is the Priest helping you prepare for your wedding?  And what is his parish?

Have you been in contact with him concerning your wedding?

 

Have either of you been married before?  If so, please indicate all that apply: widowed, divorced, or annulled

Are you already civilly married? If so, what is the date of your civil marriage?

 

Do you have any special needs that we should be aware of?
